Onion Pudding

  • 8oz self raising flour
  • 4oz suet
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 onion
  • Water
  1. Finely dice the onion
  2. Mix dry ingredients with the onion
  3. Add water to make dough
  4. Cook at 200℃ for about 20 minutes, until the onion is soft, and the dough is crisp and golden
