Onion Pudding
Ingredients
- 8oz self raising flour
- 4oz suet
- Pinch of salt
- 1 onion
- Water
Method
- Finely dice the onion
- Mix dry ingredients with the onion
- Add water to make dough
- Cook at 200℃ for about 20 minutes, until the onion is soft, and the dough is crisp and golden
